I got my patch! How do I iron it on?
We get asked this a lot and it's a crazy good question. Grab your patch and head over to our Iron-On Patch Instructions to show you how! 

What if I don't have an iron?
No worries! Ironing works best on denim/cotton fabrics for a semi-permanent adhesion. You can also glue or sew patches on for permanent placement. Hint: We recommend Clear E6000 Multi-Purpose Craft Glue.

*Patches will not adhere to synthetic fabrics unless you glue or sew on. Believe us, we've tried it.

How long will my patch last?
The patch itself should last for years given the quality craftsmanship of each design. Follow our iron-on instructions and once adhered, you can expect your patch to stick around for about 25 washes or more depending on use and care!

I have the perfect item design idea! What do I do?
That's rad! But unfortunately we're not currently seeking artistic collaborations with new artists.

What payment methods do you accept?
Thanks for shopping at WinksForDays.com! You may use any major credit card such as Visa, MasterCard, or American Express on the checkout page to complete your purchase. Winks For Days also has an Etsy shop and we sell on Amazon.

Oops! How do I cancel an order?
Please email us at info@winksfordays.com as soon as possible. Orders ship quickly (see below) so the sooner the better.

 

Shipping and Delivery

How much is shipping?
Zero, zip, zilch, nada... FREE if it's shipped within the US. Your purchase is shipped USPS First Class mail.

Please note that international shipping rates apply to all orders outside the United States because, you know, we have to make some profits.

Can I expedite my order?
For domestic orders we offer USPS Priority shipping (2–3 business days) - rates are calculated at checkout.

For international orders we also offer USPS Priority (2–3 business days) - rates are calculated at checkout. Please note shipping times are estimates. We cannot guarantee delivery times due to inclement weather, customs, and other factors outside the control of Winks For Days.

I just ordered some patches! When will I get it?
Your order typically ships the same business day it was purchased if ordered before 11:00A.M. If ordered after, your item will ship the following business day. We do not ship on Sundays or US Holidays. For domestic orders, USPS delivers shipments in 3-5 business days on average and 5 to 7 days for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii. For international orders, USPS shipments may take up to 15-21 business days.

I haven’t received my order yet, can you help?
If you are in the US and it’s been over 10 business days since you placed your order, or if you are overseas and it’s been over 25 business days since you placed your order, please let us know by emailing us with your name and order number. Thanks for your patience!

A note for international customers: Occasionally overseas shipments will take a longer time due to the delivery country’s customs. Each customs office is different and Winks For Days is not responsible for any fees or tariffs.

 

Return Policy

What is your return policy?
We sincerely hope you like your patches, but if you don’t or something is wrong, we will gladly accept your return for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Domestic orders:
We gladly accept the return of unused and undamaged products for a full refund in the form of the original payment.

International orders:
We also gladly accept the return of unused and undamaged products and will refund your entire order less the original shipping fees.

We love when our patches ship internationally. It’s like seeing baby Yoda for the first time. However, we are not responsible for customs and duties determined by each country's individual customs agency. Duties, taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

How do I return an item for a refund?

  1. Please send an email to info@winksfordays.com requesting a return. Please include your name and the reason why you are not satisfied with the item(s). This email should be sent within 3 days of receiving the item(s).
  2. You will receive an email from us with instructions concerning how and when to send your item(s) back. Kindly include the item(s) in its original condition along with all included packaging.
  3. A full refund, or exchange with an equally valued item(s) will be issued considering the above steps were completed.

 

Wholesale and Bulk Pricing

I’d love to sell your some of your patches in my store, do you offer wholesale?
No, we don’t currently offer wholesale.

What if I want to buy A BUNCH of Winks For Days patches?
