Simply email us with your name, order number, and products you want to return. Once they've arrived and we confirm you didn't just send us a bottle cap, you'll be refunded within 7 business days. 

• We offer full refunds up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
• After 30 days, message us to see if we can resolve the problem.
• You are responsible for return postage and shipping costs to return items.
• Your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Canceling Your Order

Once you place your order, we can’t make any changes. What you CAN do is cancel your existing order and place a new one. Problem is, we're fast AF and ship all orders received before 10am CST the same or following business day. If we don’t catch it before then, it’s possible it’s already on it’s way.
